About Al Cheek, Owner & President
Al Cheek was born and raised in Winston-Salem, NC. His wife, Beth, is a teacher in Davie County Schools. Al’s son, Will, plays baseball and attends Montreat College; and his daughter, Katy, attends Davie County High School.
Al spent 25+ years in corporate leadership positions for American Express, Cendant, Lowes Home Improvement, and GMAC Insurance. He took over EXG Brands in 2006 and has enjoyed the move to business ownership very much. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, cooking, and reading.
